By using this website, submitting an allocation form, or interacting with the Milestone Certified Trades (MCT) platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. Nature of Services

MCT operates exclusively as a digital trade verification, onboarding framework, and consumer protection vetting interface.
MCT is not a licensed builder, construction entity, or direct contractor.
All physical works, engineering, and spatial trades are performed independently by standalone, pre-vetted trade operations ("MCT Elite Specialists").

2. Regional Caps & Verification

Submission of an enquiry form or a postcode lookup does not guarantee a contractor matching layout or allocation.
Openings are strictly limited by active contractor liquidity, spatial capacity, and regional postcode caps stretching from Beenleigh (QLD) down to Ballina (NSW).

3. Limitation of Liability

While MCT enforces rigorous onboarding audits (including corporate liquidity, past capacity thresholds, and active licensing validation), the underlying contract for works is executed directly between the Homeowner and the independent MCT Elite Specialist.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, MCT shall not be held liable for standard site variations, construction delays, or physical builder defaults beyond the boundaries of our managed independent milestone arbitration rules.

4. Communications and SMS Consent

By opting into our conversational channels via our online forms, you acknowledge that our automated routing interface (Mica) may transmit
non-marketing transactional text messages concerning your allocation.
Marketing promotions are strictly sent only to users who provide explicit, separate tick-box consent.
